Season 1 premiered on MBS on 7 April 2013. The last television special aired on NHK General TV on 5 November 2023. Streaming services then split those specials into episodes 88–94.

The films are cuts, not a sequel
Crimson Bow and Arrow (2014) and Wings of Freedom (2015) retell season 1. Chronicle (2020) retells the first three seasons. The Last Attack (2024) is the theatrical cut of the ending, 145 minutes, directed by Yuichiro Hayashi.
